1. Cancellation by Traveler
To cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing/email. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Less than 15 days: [e.g., 100%] of total tour cost (no refund).
2. No Show
Failure to join the tour without prior notice will result in no refund.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 business days after approval.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases such as political unrest, natural disasters, or travel advisories, alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be offered; refund terms will be communicated accordingly.
